Crafted in the traditional method, this sparkling Chardonnay captures Calabria’s radiant sun and coastal breezes in every golden bubble. Pale straw in color with fine, persistent pelage, it opens with aromas of green apple, citrus blossom, and hints of brioche from extended lees aging.

On the palate, it is crisp and refined, with lively notes of lemon zest, pear, and white peach layered over subtle almond and a hint of minerality, reflecting the region’s limestone-rich soils. The mousse is creamy yet elegant, carrying a bright, refreshing finish.
